Rafting

Our End of the Year School Trip

DSCF8342 This year my classmates and I went to Paestum and  Pertosa with our teachers. It was very interesting and we saw many beautiful things. But the most interesting day was when we did rafting down the Tanagro River. Our teachers divided us in different groups of six students, then each group took a rubber dinghy with an expert guide. In my group there were Claudia, Alessia, Elisa C., Elisa A., our Maths teacher and obviously the raft guide. During the navigation we stopped to see some ochre stones and to listen to our guide’s lesson on trees, plants life and environmental sustainability. When we got to the last rapids, a 4th rafting level, it was fantastic. I was a little bit scared, but it was terrific. I hope to come back soon.
