Diet for young people

Diet is a problem for young people. A lot of girls and boys think they are too fat or thin, also if they aren’t. In fact, unfortunately, some people suffer for anorexia. To lose weight there is an effective way: it is doing sport. The sport is important for health, also solves the problem of diet. There are a lot of sports for diet, like cycling, race, swimming, climbing, etc… For losing weight we need to have the right breakfast. The breakfast is important, it must be healthy and nutritious. A lot of Italian people eat food rich like pizza, juices and cured meat. I suggest eating little and healthy snacks like some milk and fruit. During the growth phase, it is important to vary. There are statistics that say: in the south, one in three women is obese. If we exaggerate, everything becomes harmful for our health.
